Delivery and Refunds policy

How quickly will I receive my order?

If you have selected to have an artwork posted to you, we will aim to send work out within a week. However, postage may take a while – Royal Mail advise that due to Coronovirus-related absences, some deliveries are taking up to 10 working days to arrive. This means delivery from point of purchase could take up to 15 working days.

What if I have paid for postage but actually want to collect my artwork(s)?

If you have paid for postage and checked out your order but have changed your mind, please email info@bethlemgallery.com as soon as possible, or call the gallery on 020 32 284 101.

How are postage charges calculated?

Shipping is expensive and based on the size of the work.

We will send small works via Royal Mail ‘signed for’.

We will send large works via Parcelforce.

We have tried to be fair in our pricing. For example:

If you buy more than 1 artwork, you won't get charged the same delivery cost per item. You will be charged a lower rate for multiple items.

Do you insure the works if they are being posted?

If you have selected for your artwork to be posted to you, we will send these via Royal Mail or ParcelForce using signed for services to ensure they get to you.

Can I cancel an order?

Providing the order hasn’t been dispatched you can cancel your order by emailing us at info@bethlemgallery.com.

Can I return a work?

While we hope you are pleased with your artwork, we understand that you may change your mind. We accept returns made within 14 days and before 10 January 2021 (whichever is sooner), provided that you notify us prior to returning the item, that it is in the same condition as it was when you received it.

Please return the work to the gallery by special delivery:
